Graduating, partying and moar.

The reason why I'm posting on Sunday is because I had my graduation Friday and basically just forgot it yesterday - because I was cleaning the house + watching TV and eating leftovers all day. And then I partied again with my graduation hat, which was awesome. My graduation party was so amazing, I got a lot closer to my relatives and went partying downtown with them, which was amazing. I have photos on my camera but I havent imported them yet.

This is me, my best friend and my cousin.

So, I basically had a blast and I love my life. Or something.

I don't really know what to say about myself. I'm not really a TV or movie nerd. I have favorite TV shows, but I would usually choose drawing and hanging out with friends over the big screen. I watch Californication, because damn, these shows are poetry. I also watch Greys Anatomy (and cry a lot!) and Dexter.

My favorite movie is Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, I don't know how many times I've watched it but I know big parts of it by heart. Honestly, this movie was mindblowing and I see something new every time I watch it, a small detail and jokes you don't notice when you watch it the first time. There are more movies I love, but I haven't watched them as religiously as Scott Pilgrim.

I'm more passionate about music. To me, good music is music that makes me change my mood - that touches me in some way. Nowadays I'm listening to The Strokes (as I told earlier), Blood Red Shoes, Arcade Fire, MGMT, and Pink Floyd. My all time favorite band is Radiohead. I love Radiohead. I remember the first time I listened to them, I saw a big picture of Thom Yorke (the lead singer) in the paper and I pointed at him and told my friend "wow. he's weird" because of his lazy eye. She got super offended and told me "it's Radiohead!" and I remember going the next day to a CD store and buying one CD by them - I didn't know which one to get but I found one called OK Computer, which is still my favorite CD. I can't put it into words how much affect buying this CD had to me, more than it looks because my life hasn't really been the easiest to live and music has helped me a whole lot. I understand people who listen to music because it's fun to dance to or that they like the beat - but to me music is a lot more and I won't judge anyone who has a different opinion.

In the future I want to work with art. I want to be a tattoo artist. I'm looking at tatto school in Louisiana, but it's very expensive for me so that wil have to wait a couple of years. I also want to study fine arts or illustration. In the next year I want to study Spanish and I want to be fluent in that language. I also want to study Italian but just for fun.

Are you guys big readers? Because I'm going to start reading again after 8 week exam season I haven't really been able to read anything. Honestly haven't read a book for fun for a really long time, there was this one in December/January.

I'm having a super nostalgic moment right now.
It hurts, but I love having normal problems for a change.
See (read) you tomorrow, Karena! :)
