First!

Hehe, get it? Because on YouTube everyone tries to post "First!" and as a result you see like seven or eight comments in a row saying it...
MOVING ON.
Hello, hello! Bakari here. That's pronounced BAH-kuh-ree, not buh-KAH-ree.

My mom's watching a documentary on the History channel about the Bat Bomb, which I guess was a weapon that the U.S. planned to use against the Japanese utilizing tiny incendiary bombs strapped to bats. WTF, right?

So yeah, I'm a nineteen year old American nerd. I also practice Choy Li Fut Kung Fu, Yang-style Tai Chi, and Western Kickboxing. Combine that with my love for Hank and John Green and that makes me quite the nerdfighter!

Karena, your post about your sandwich made me quite happy! I'm really glad you put your money to that cause. It's very easy to want to help, and if you have the money, it's very easy to throw food at hungry people. And mind you me, I think it's wonderful that people put their time and money toward doing this, but what made me really happy about this Hungry Nation thing is that they're helping impoverished people develop a self-reliance, and that's infinitely better than sending over any amount of rice or what have you.

Give a man a fish, you know?

Well, since we haven't really established our flavor of the week yet, I'm gonna keep this one pretty brief. I kinda wanted to write a huge autobiography here, but I think you'll get to know plenty about me through my future posts.
So happy Tuesday (or Wednesday depending on your area) and Karena, I hope your sandwich was awesome!

Looking forward to reading your post tomorrow, Marwa!
